It was pleasant but not exceptional. It's in desperate need of interior and exterior update/decorating. Staff were friendly. Couldn't watch the TV due to poor signal. Although, we didn't take the children, garden was not child friendly. Reasonable quiet location but other guest with children were noisy at 6.30am!
