Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy room Great breakfast with wide variety I got there after midnight and stayed for one night. But it's close to the old town, which makes it a good location for those who spend more nights in Krakow

It was hard for me to find (I arrived tired after midnight). But I didn't see a sign which marks the hotel even in the morning.

Zeer centraal (tussen in) gelegen ten opzichte van de Altstadt en de Joodse wijk. Gratis flesjes water op de kamer.

Op booking stond terras (foto op site) aanwezig, maar dat was er niet. Zeer duur ontbijt € 18,00 pp, terwijl je rondom het hotel goedkoop en veel kan ontbijten. Harde matrassen. Door gezeten bank.

Am Anfang der Geruch im Zimmer, aber mit gut durchlüften ging der dann weg.

The location is fantastic continental breakfast really good. From here 5 min to the Jewish quarters and other way same to the main square. The rooms aren't comfortable there was a large glass shower enclosure in the room curtains for privacy. The room looks messy apologies we were packing to return home. Not once but several times walked into the glass door bruising my forehead. My husband the same. No notice in warning you. Reception wasn't really interested when I showed her the bruising. I suggested a sign on door as a warning just shrugged her shoulders. I was told some rooms are slightly different but otherwise glass The whole room was glass furniture. The headboard as you can see was really soiled. I put a clean towel over it. Apart from requesting clean towels daily the room wasn't serviced. Location was perfect breakfast room quite pleasant the lady checking you in lovely.
