Aparthotel in a great location coupled with a great karma and friendly & helpful staff.. My 4 days stay at Home Aparthotel in Krakow was very enjoyable and pleasant. First, about the staff: Maciek and Angelika, reception staff, were very helpful and accommodating. Maciek provided some useful info on the local area, where to eat, etc. On the first night when I returned to the hotel after 10pm, I'd realized that I'd packed the wrong USB cable for my phone, and Angelika who was on duty that evening was kind enough to lend me the right cable, till the next morning. 10/10 Asia (Aisha), housekeeping staff, cleaned my room and bathroom well. 10/10 I also appreciated the ambience of the reception area; the 'Buddha' head is indeed a good Karma😊 Room: I was assigned to a ground floor room, with window facing a street. At first I thought I may hear the outside noise during the night. But it is soundproofed, completely! And therefore, my meditation moments were peaceful😊 The room overall was spacious and bright, with simple décor. The bathroom, also spacious. The mirrored panel on both the inside of the entrance and the bathroom doors is a plus factor. 10/10 Location: Very conveniently located with nearby tram stations, restaurants and cafes. The nearby park (3 mins by foot) is a must to visit. The riverside area, Vistula with a 1760km stretch, is only a 15 min walk from Home Aparthotel. Great area for long walks (and running). Also, the 4 hour cycling tour (by Cruising Krakow) was truly enjoyable!! NOTE: It was Maciek who'd shared tge details of: www.cruisingkrakow.com Overall, Home Aparthotel is highly recommendable. Will choose this accommodation again when I visit Krakow again in the future...and of course another well-deserved 10/10

doskonała czystość, uprzejmość personelu w recepcji, świetna lokalizacja

zepsuta wentylacja w łazience, zepsuta suszarka do włosów, hałas pracujących agregatów na podwórku uniemożliwia spanie przy otwartym oknie (dotyczy pokoju na 1 p. od strony wejścia do hotelu). W trakcie wieszania ubrań na wieszaku (brak szafy) spadł "obraz" z symbolem islamu. Nie mam nic przeciwko islamowi i jego symbolom, jednak nie uważam za właściwe, żeby w pokojach hotelowych umieszczać takie "ozdoby", niezależnie czyjej religii, czy symbolu dotyczą (gwiazda Dawida. Krzyż, ...,) chyba, że hotel jest prowadzony przez jakąś grupę wyznaniową, wtedy obecność takich symboli jest jak najbardziej na miejscu. Jest wiele innych możliwości ozdabiania ścian.
