"It was ok, but could be better."

It is conveniently located. Has a lovely breakfast area on top, but its is small and is outdoors so it can get cold in the morning.
It doesn't have an elevator and seems to be understaffed, therefore cleaningness it not the best. The building is getting a bit old and doesn't have hungers in the room.

"Engañan a los clientes"

Buenos días. Reservé este hotel hace un mes y pagué todo por adelantado, incluyendo las tasas turísticas (186 dólares + impuestos). El hotel estaba reservado para los días del Día de los Muertos, cuando hay muchos turistas y es muy difícil encontrar alojamiento en el centro de la ciudad. Cuando llegué a la ciudad de México, recibí un mensaje (el 1 de noviembre de 2025) diciendo que mi reserva había sido cancelada (por teléfono me dijeron que era por un problema con el agua) y ese mismo día (10 minutos después de la cancelación) en Booking subieron el precio a 950 dólares por tres noches. Llevo muchos años trabajando con Booking. He visitado 35 países, pero nunca me había pasado algo así. ¿Cómo puede un sitio web como Booking trabajar con mentirosos que engañan a los turistas? Aunque Booking respondió que me devolvería el dinero, estos mentirosos me arruinaron las vacaciones. En lugar de celebrar y pasear por esta maravillosa ciudad en un día festivo, me pasé todo el día buscando otro hotel. Tengo todas las capturas de pantalla y pruebas. No puedo entender cómo un hotel que se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, en una buena zona, por 600 dólares engaña a los clientes y pierde su reputación. Si no quieren que les echen a la calle por un par de dólares, piénsenlo bien antes de reservar este hotel.
