The hotel had a nice rooftop terrace. Breakfast was nice, although sometimes it would take a bit longer for the food to be prepared. The room was relatively clean, big and comfortable. The location was perfect, as Polanco is one of the best-connected, greenest, and safest areas in the city.

The staff said during my first day that the system was down and they couldn't get me a key card until the next day, so every time I wanted to reach my room, I had to go to the reception and ask for someone to open my door. The next day, they still had no key card for me, and they kept saying "tomorrow." I never received a key card until the end of my stay, so I had to go through the reception constantly and ask for someone to come and open my room for me. WiFi was working mostly on the rooftop balcony. To add to it, it was good that I was in a room by myself, because there was a large hole in the door to the bathroom from which one could see everything happening inside. Lastly, no one from the staff spoke any English, so the communication was occasionally a bit difficult.

Our experience was TERRIBLE. The hotel is not serious and responsable. I went with my family, made the reservation several weeks in advance, and got a good early bird price. I notified the hotel that we would be arriving late, around 11 pm, and they confirmed it was ok. The day arrived, and we got to the hotel late at night, expecting to be in our room by 11:30 pm, but that wasn't the case. there was no receptionist at that hour, so the security guy received us. He couldn't find our reservation and told us that they no longer had rooms available, neither for my reservation nor for my brother-in-law's, who had also made the reservation in advance at a good price. It was high season, and prices went up, so many hotels were already sold out and much more expensive. This hotel decided to sell our four rooms and leave us stranded on the street late at night with small childrens, an elderly person, and other adults. We were stuck because we had no way to call and ask if any hotel had availability, since neither Booking.com nor any other website would let us reserve a room at 1am because it counted as the next day. Then we finally found a hotel 30 mins away from the area that we was expecting to stay. Avoid this hotel if you don't want to experience something similar likes us.

No servian las llaves de las habitaciones, dijieron desde el jueves que al otro dia temprano arreglarian el problema y paso todo el fin de semana y no lo arreglaron, las almohadas viejas, no tienen blackout las ventas, la ducha salian 3 gotas y el sifon roto, pesima experiencia la verdad

Poco aislamiento de sonido, se escucha bastante el movimiento en pasillos y otras habitaciones. En el periodo de tiempo en que estuve, no lograron solucionar un tema que tenían con las llaves de las habitaciones, se debía estar acompañado de alguien de recepción para que dieran acceso con la llave principal cada vez que se necesitaba acceder a la habilitación.

La ubicación es lo único rescatable además del personal de desayuno en el balcón.

Pésimo edificio. Lo único rescatable es la ubicación y el personal de desayuno. Mala limpieza, las habitaciones que no dan al frente son muy malas. MUY. Olor a humedad, no hay ventilación. No salía agua fría en el baño. Me dieron una habitación donde realmente no se podía respirar del olor a humedad que había, hasta la ropa quedó impregnada. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación a otra que no era muy diferente. La verdad, decepcionante. Por lo único que lo destaco es por la ubicación, muy linda y tranquila.

Their services are the worst of my life time and yes I’ve been traveling to dozens of countries. Before the check in days I’ve been trying more than 5 times or possibly 10 times but they never reply. It just shows how much they don’t care about their customers at all. If you want to take your chance with them, good luck.

El hotel no cuenta con un servicio adecuado. Al momento de nuestra llegada, inicialmente se nos informó que no había habitaciones disponibles. Posteriormente, nos asignaron dos habitaciones en condiciones muy inferiores a lo que habíamos pagado y, además, sin llaves. Una de las habitaciones presentaba un problema con el flujo de agua, el cual únicamente fue solucionado el último día de nuestra estadía.
