Staff is very friendly. They don't speak english but they are able to communicate via translation app. I asked for complimentary bottled water multiple times and they were always more than happy to bring it to me. Good location. Lots of restaurants nearby. There is a also a Walmart Express a few min walk away. And the area feels safe. Great free breakfast. There is a wide variety of food/drinks - fresh juice, an expresso machine, pastries, fresh fruits, yogurt, pudding, energy bars and made-to-order omelets/scrambled eggs/toasts. The lady chef is very nice.

No "real window" in the room. There is a window but it opens to the inside of the building, not to the street, so it's hard to get fresh air. I think some rooms do have a real window but not mine. Wifi in my room doesn't work. I had to connect to the neighbor's wifi for more than 1 week. No fridge in the room. Cannot store leftover food or medication. No coffee machine in the room. Cannot make tea in the room. I had to go to the kitchen and use the microwave to make tea every day. Luckily the kitchen is open and the microwave is available all day. Noise. I hear loud conversations at late night on some days and lots of noise from the kitchen in the morning. No vent in the bathroom. No screen window. A mosquito got in one day and bothered me throughout the night.

Location good, staff friendly.

Not clean. Hair and dirt in shower, towels had holes in them. Bed linen very old including pillows. No air con and no fan.

The location of this hotel is outstanding, the staff is amazing and the breakfast is delicious. Definitely stay in the suite with balcony, you can open the door and get outside air as the AC is very poorly maintained. You pay a bit more but it is worth as compared with the lowest priced room.

The basic room has NO AC and the windows open to the interior of the building. NOT Recommended. The rooms are outdated and in desperate need of deep cleaning.

Free breakfast and a mini fitness area are great. The room was fine. Ok price.

Paint was peeling of the bathroom walls. No hand soap, no air conditioner, loose floor tails, water pressure on the shower is non existent. On the good side, the free breakfast was acceptable.
