"Don't pass this up!"

Given that the choice of hotels is pretty slim in Rusk, we were quite happy with our short stay. It's obvious the hotel owner/manager has put some money forth to clean and paint the property and keep it looking good. The bed could use a new mattress (although we slept very well), and perhaps a couple of new pillows. No breakfast offered, but for the price savings there are multiple breakfast places in Rusk. Overall a great experience from check-in to check-out. Will definitely stay again.

The guy at the front desk was awesome. He was kind, funny and had information about the surrounding area. The room was extremely clean and large.

The bed was very low and I thought it was uncomfortable but my husband liked the bed. Another pillow would have been good.
