Weston Inn & Suites

We booked a non smoking room and was rather surprised when we walked in and smelled cigarettes. I called the desk and the guy was very nice and offered to move us, but we would have to go to the 2nd floor. I am handicap and could not do it so we just stayed in that room. He offered air freshner which we declined due to my husband's allergies. Other than that it was ok.

The only issue I had can be shared by the property and booking.com. When I arrived and the staff made it apparent that my stay was Friday to Monday instead of Friday through Sunday, I was instructed to contact booking.com to make the necessary change. I was never able to speak to a real person at booking.com and the property said their hands were tied as far as a refund goes. Disappointing, but this is the absolute closest property to my daughters and granddaughter so we will most likely stay here next time as we've never had an issue before and have stayed here many times.

I was just passing through on my way to Houston and needed a nice place to stay and found this motel. Very clean, very nice people conveniently located and Lots of places to eat in town. And reasonable price. I don't have anything Bad to say. I would stay here again.

The gentleman at the desk was very courteous. I didn't have an iron in the room and he got me one with the quickness. Most definitely will be staying here again..

I liked the hotel because ots convenient, parking lot is spacious, and quiet.

The front desk gentleman went above and beyond and fixed our tv.

The hotel was clean but it was not updated on the furniture. The desk chair had rips the bathroom toilet paper holder was sticking out of the wall, only one end table for a king size bed, not very many pillows. Good location, but the hotel does need a lot of upgrading.

Minimal bed pillows and bath towels. No couch or chair to sit in.
