Dolphin Beach Bali

Bra hotell i förhållande till det billiga priset. Stort rum, bra frukost, samt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Men kort säng och för stora (höga) kuddar (borde funnit en lägre storlek också då det var dubbla kuddar), och någon daglig städning ingick tyvärr inte.

Huge thank you to Mega ( boss lady) Tony, Ayu and Wayan. The service was fantastic. Rooms cleaned everyday at our convenience, breakfast was accommodating at any time of morning to suit. We had 2 rooms and both were huge, and had all the things you need to feel at home from kitchen was to multiple areas to chill. The balcony was expansive and had many options to chill in the hot evenings allowing outdoor access to the best and peaceful coast you could imagine . On occasion we made a call to reception and they catered to our dinner which was first class, fresh and delicious. Every morning the staff were on the beach raking and cleaning the beach, presenting a classic luxury beach for hotel guest. Thanks again, will recommend this hotel unreservedly.

Hard to find anything that didn’t satisfy my expectations

The staff were very keen to please. If you couldn't get a gogek, there was always someone you could ask for transport....thank you Toni 🙏

This property is better suited for longer stays than short ones in Lovina. Apartment setup with kitchen is handy, but it's a 2.5 km walk into the center of Lovina (Lovina Beach Statue) for most shops and dining options. The hotel pool is nice, but the beachfront is not great for swimming -- very shallow for a great distance, even at high tide. Cental Lovina beach is better. Using Grab or Gojek is a good option to visit Singaraja, local sites, waterfalls, etc. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfasts were good.

Apartment was spacious. Bed nice and comfortable with crisp sheets. Staff nice and helpful. Bathroom needs updated, water pressure was virtually non existent and took long time to get hot water. Gardens need attention, numerous cat faeces on the grass had to watch where we were walking. This place could be really nice if it was well maintained. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it. Best part of our stay was the view from our upstairs apartment

The room is very spacious, balcony was nice, nice view.

Maintenance was poor, taps loose, not working properly. Toilet flush was so loose you had to use 2 hands to hold and press. Water stains through the bathroom, roof and gutter outside entrance was rusted through and leaking.

We are in upstairs Penthouse 2. Lovely kitchette, lounge, huge bedroom with massage table, large long bathroom with 2 person size bath. Balcony overlooks the sea with cooling breeze. Pool and gardens are tidy. Staff most attentive. Breakfast included and meals available other times. Only 5 rooms altogether.

It was a huge 1 bedroom apartment, which was good as it helped block out some of the traffic noise. Staff were really nice and helpful, the night watch man booked a dolphin watching trip for me at the same price as it would have been in town, and I was picked up by the boat right in front of the hotel.
