Staff was friendly. Lobby and exterior very clean.

Chair was broken, fridge was loud and room not insulated from noise. Hall floor (3rd floor) had dips which can result in falls/injury.

"The stay was pleasant just not as clean as I would like."

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

The chair in my room looked like it belonged in a homeless camp. I was tempted to drag it out into the hallway just to get it out of the room. There was water stains on the roof

The room was good and clean, I love the water pressure in the shower.

I didn't like that when they pick my towels up they didn't leave any I had to wait for a while for towels.

The whole building smell like mildew the room was strongest nothing helped has to sleep with cover over our head

The smell the concern of getting sick because head hurted the whole stay

La nueva forma del registro al entrar , ya llega uno al hotel, te entregan las llaves de tu habitación , sin contratiempos , y sobre todo el personal te atiende como si estuvieras en casa .

Todo excelente sin ningún problema en el hotel.
