Staff was on point and polite.

For 93 a night I’d hope I wouldn’t have to deal with mold in the shower but I did. Didn’t notice till the night before I left when I was showering and noticed black mold on the seals in the bottom of the shower. My room was by the back exit which is fine but when the exit door don’t even lock so anyone can just walk in was concerning.

I can't think of anything good to say about our stay, first day at checkin we arrived 20 minutes early, would not let us checkin wanted to charge us another 25.00 location was good.

second day we left at 7:30 in the morning and arrived back at hotel at 9:00pm to find that housekeeping did nothing to our room , husband told desk that we needed fresh towels and trash taken out , the clerk told him to bring dirty towels to her and trash would be picked up next day rude ! we stayed in room 101 at the end of the hall we heard the door open to building all night ,the room was full of mold shoes got wet in closet from leaking from shower on the other side of wall . night stand and floor was rotted due to leak ,the horrible smell of mold was unbearable ,wasp was in bathroom and the lady bugs that are not good was all over the room ,very un comfortable pillows felt like they stuffed a towel in a pillow case .over priced rates for such a run down hotel in a good location I expected better for LA QUINTA HOTEL. We will not be staying here in future visits to Marshall Texas .

The beds were super comfortable, and the room was very tidy and clean. The breakfast options were great, and I loved the waffles being in the shape of Texas. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful.

The batteries in my remote were dead, but the staff was very quick to replace the batteries. The drain in the tub didn't drain water well when showering. But other than that, all of our needs were met during our stay.

It was nice and clean

The breakfast wasn’t the best but it was okay.
