Amazing stay!! Place was clean and well kept! The main lobby room for breakfast was nice and staff was friendly. Aubrey at the front desk was professional and personable. Beds were great would stay here again!

We were assigned to a room already occupied by 3 individuals, front desk staff were inadequate, bathroom had plaster work around tub and the area around the tub needed to be cleaned, shower head was hard to turn on and water that was not very clean baked up in the tub while ,showering. The breakfast served was good and area clean

We had booked on the suites. When we arrived, we were assigned a room whose AC unit didn't work. A technician was already on it but the person at the check-in obviously wasn't aware of this issue. Also, because of that, the suite didn't appear clean. After about one hour the maintenance person informed us that we had been assigned to a different suite which turned out to be clean and in working condition. I would expect that an establishment of this reputation is on top of such scenarios. The rest of the stay turned out to be "normal". Breakfast was good and served on real dishes with real dinnerware, which is a nice break from the plastic- and paperware I typically see in other hotels. I'll keep this place in mind when I travel to Pierre again.
