Perfect room and check in process. Place was full so Mark gave us a slight upgrade which was more than appreciated! The attached Italian restaurant was great too! Will most definitely stay again! 5 out of 5 stars for Mark!

"Comfy"

Everything in the room was amazing. There was a group of boys young kids, throwing a football at birds in the courtyard and they killed a bird. Then they were trying to do it again. My daughter had picked up the bird and went to put it in a tree because it was struggling to breathe we told the staff members promptly the parents of the kids were out in the courtyard and did nothing :(

The place was already over priced for what it is, but then after an unfriendly staff member almost finished checking us in, they sprung an additional 50$ fee for amenities. The breakfast was being made with no pride, most hotels I’ve stayed at for half the price were better. At least it had a 24 gym, even tho it had very limited equipment. The bathtub was slightly larger than a regular one. The outdoor area advertised in the picture was just a door to the parking area. I wouldn’t stay here again
