Great location, only a block away from the river. Rooms and entire hotel are in great shape. Ample parking, even for trailers.

Checked in hassle free,front desk attendants over a 3 day period were all polite,friendly and professional.Room was immaculately clean and comfortable.The Red Rossa restaurant was convenient and the dishes we had were delicious and affordable.Wewent on a nearby fishing trip and we fell in love with another area of South Dakota.We will return

This property was n8ce for the area. However, check in was very slow and the manager on duty couldn't guve us connecting rooms, eventhough I requested them at booking. He gave us excise about our rooms were not connectableeventhpigh the room next to ours was identical and given to another guest.some la

Called 3 weeks ahead of our stay to reserve a pack 'n play for our infant and upon checking in we were told that the 2 pack 'n plays that they have had been handed out. Also only had 1 high chair in the breakfast area. As a hotel with a pool area that seems geared towards families you would think they would work to accommodate families better by having more assets available. For the price of the room it seemed like a let down.

Air conditioning wasn’t working and staff seemed to have little interest. Was told we might have to downgrade the room type. Don’t go get coffee…. The kitchen lady is very rude and don’t want you in her area.

Really underwhelmed with this hotel based on the rate- way overpriced. Hotel is quite dated. Booked a deluxe room (vs classic), nothing “deluxe” about it. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated the extra pillows. Hotel seems quiet.

Waited at counter during check in to a sign that said on a chore. Next evening both room keys wouldn’t work so went to counter to get keys and another sign that said on a chore. Lady was outside smoking
