Being stopped by staff asking where we were going and our names no other hotels treat you like that!

I like this property but when I got there to check into my room computers was down so I wasn't able to stay

I had to make a different reservation

I was not impressed with the property at all

It was dirty and needed work

The pillows and the bed were borderline rocks. The rooms were clean, but in need regular maintenance and updates. The complimentary breakfast was lacking, but there were very few guests staying on a Wednesday-Friday. The staff was polite and friendly, and we had no issues. I would prefer another light in guest parking just for additional safety.

Nothing I got bit by bedbugs and have video proof.

I was bitten by bedbugs, and in the morning requested a refund after I showed the staff the marks and video of the bedbugs in my room. The manager and owner did not care and offered nothing.

toilet was broken, hotel overall was very disappointing. We tried to find another hotel; however, everything was booked for graduations.

We did not like anything about the hotel. We will not stay there again.
