Howard Johnson by Wyndham Lubbock TX

I enjoyed my stay at the accommodation, albeit so brief. It was an overnight stay during a cross-country road trip, so it was a decent place to rest passing through Lubbock. The staff were very courteous and were pleasant enough to offer me a quiet room.

Staff very accommodating. Rooms were clean. Toilet and TV problems were fixed in a timely manner.

Toilets did not work. (2 rooms). Towels were thread bare. TV did not work. No coffee maker in the rooms.

Easy access to highway

Room smells like smoke, walls patched and screws exposed and carpet dirty.

Bed bugs roaches and mold busted up door frames and filthy everywhere

Very friendly staff, quiet. excellent night of sleep.

We had an excellent accessible room, fully accessible. Comfy bed, good A/C, fridge, roll in shower, clean. Manager was helpful and gave us extra towels, plenty of ice. Breakfast was waffles, hard biscuits, thin gravy, toast, cereal, bananas, juice. Overall, a good value. Will stay again.

The staffs were so nice and helpful.

There was no hair dryer regardless of the explanation in the listing page on booking.com. But I think that's okay. If there was 1 more chair in 2 bedrooms, that would be great.
