"Great place to stay."

We really enjoyed our stay at the Wapiti Lodge in our individual rental unit. It was clean and comfortable and about a 40 minute drive from the east entrance of Yellowstone. We had a kitchenette which was good for simple meals when we chose to fix a meal. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The unit had a nice western cabin like feel.

A larger skillet in the kitchen would be helpful as it just has a small skillet suitable for fixing eggs for breakfast. Also the site we used to book and also their sign along the road advertised a restaurant but it is closed at this time. We ate at Yellowstone or in Cody when we didn’t cook at our unit. Even do , we would recommend the Kodge as a comfortable place to stay.

Great location for access to the Eastern entrance to Yellowstone NP. I'm almost certain there are no lodgings closer. Quiet cabin, comfortable, in a beautiful place. Right by the interstate.

Price could have been cheaper, perhaps. But, it is as close as possible to Yellowstone.
