Central Galerie Hotel Am Beethoven Haus

ベートーベンの生家のはす向かいで立地はすごくいいです。駅からホテルまで徒歩10〜15分で近いですがヨーロッパ特有の石畳をスーツケース引いて歩くのは大変でした。しかもホテルにエレベーターがなく重い荷物を抱えて狭い階段を登り降りしなければなりません。夜はドイツ語しか話せないおじいちゃんが留守番？されてました。その夜アクシデントで部屋の備品のガラステーブルのガラスを割ってしまい、その破片でケガをしたので救急箱あるか聞きにフロントに行ったのですがおじいちゃんには英語が全く通じなく持参していた絆創膏を貼って翌朝スタッフが来られるまで待つことになりました。スタッフの方はとても親身に私の体を気遣ってくれお掃除も機敏に対処してくれました。2泊朝食付きのプランにしたのですが近くにたくさんカフェがあったのでそちらに行ったほうが種類も豊富で美味しくて安上がりだったかなと思いました

The owner of the hotel is disinterested in getting any problem solved and the family room is in horrible condition! Its totally broken and damaged.

Was really good. For 1 day I requested an additional bed for my son and they kindly accept and prepare the room. Breakfast included. This hotel is perfectly located on the center of Bonn, and very close to the Beethoven house. On the street level there is a Restaurant/bar very nice with great atmosphere. Points against, no elevator.

Great location but that's about it. It says 3 star but 2 star is stretching it. It needs a major renovation but why bother - it seems to do enough business as is. But the staff were all pleasant.

An excellent location on the same street as the Beethoven house and just round the corner from the market.The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean and decorated with Beeethoven memorabilia. The downside is that there are several steps to go up to get to reception and several more to get to the rooms and no lift making it unsuitable for elderly or disabled people and possibly people with young families, but it is fine for younger people.

Si llevas mucho equipaje o requieres condiciones especiales, no es para ti. No hay elevador y las escaleras son muchas y estrechas. La ubicación excelente, debes llegar en tren pues la estación central hfb de Bonn esta muy cerca. La ciudad hermosa.

Walking distance to Beethoven house and shopping center. Parking might be challenging and expensive. We paid 18 euro for parking per night and it was not close to the hotel. Be aware: for parking, the machine does not take American credit cards, only cash. A big inconvenience! We were very surprised about how few places took actually American credit cards in Germany. Be prepared to pay with cash in most places!

Fenster in den Zimmern durften nicht geöffnet werden, keine Halterung für den Duschkopf, Türrahmen beschädigt / heruntergekommen, renovierungsbedürftig.

El hotel es viejo, si vas con equipaje tienes que subir cuatro pisos por escaleras, pues no tienen ni ascensor ni un botones que se haga cargo de esa tarea. La ubicación es muy buena y el desayuno también. El baño es compartido y el hotel necesita una puesta a punto en general.
