We loved the old world luxury, the warm welcome and attention, the meals which were exceptional, the beautiful surroundings and location.

The bathroom got very wet from the shower but really it didn’t overly bother us.

Dieses Familienhotel wird voller Herzblut geführt, es wir einem das Gefühl vermittelt, dass sie sich über jeden Gast freuen. Das Haus ist alt, verwinkelt, mit Liebe her- und eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wie in einem Rosamunde Pilcher Film. Die Küche hat Haubenniveau! In diesem Hotel haben wir während unserer 16tägigen Schottlandreise am allerbesten gegessen und uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Personal service - they went over and beyond in providing excellent service. We had breakfast and dinner and the food was amazing (though a tad pricey, but worth it).
