Sink was broken. Hotel looked so much better in pictures. It actually was like a motel on the street. Terrible experience never want to stay there. Worst hotel I booked at hotels.com

Wonderful little hotel in Guildford

Great standards. I booked the place at short notice and booked especially because they had a restaurant, and I was only arriving late. VERY FRUSTRATING when I got there and the restaurant was not operating!!! Had to make other plans. Totally inconvenient.

Fantastic value for money. Very nice boutique hotel. Excellent breakfast. Small room with good modern bathroom. Only thing missing was a chair in the room.

What a lovely place! A small but perfectly formed boutique hotel. Ample parking, friendly staff and high spec, well-appointed, clean and comfortable room. The shower was almost space age and very impressive. Breakfast in the bright, airy dining room overlooking a lovely sunny garden was very good too. Some minor negatives, there wasn't air conditioning but a fan was provided and there is some traffic noise for rooms at the front of the hotel. But this didn't impact our stay significantly. Would stay here again
