opposite the remu shul and Zoldan restaurant in busy area but inside the flat is very quite you don't hear anything . flat was very clean will go again

Great location. Easy to walk everywhere. Lovely decor. Very clean. Anna was very helpful arranging airport transfers. Breakfast buffet around the corner at a local restaurant was very nice.

We have no negative view regarding our stay there.

Clean and tidy but not ideal for more than 2 guests as the bed in the living room gets in the way to use the bathroom in the night

Lock on door to apartment was temperamental. Almost got locked in on day of leaving. Had to push and pull on door whilst rotating lock all the way round each way

I had previously scheduled a tour and couldn't make it to breakfast on day one. For day two, I found it easy to get to the facility where restaurant was served. The menu was vast and very eclectic with many different choices for different tastes. Anna is wonderful, very helpful over WhatsApp and always making me feel like I was home.

I run out of kleenex tissues after only three of them were left in the box.

I was a guest at the Crystal Suites Chez Helena for the weekend of the Immaculate Conception, the information and contacts were always precise and punctual, Anna is very professional and anticipates possible cases that may arise. The apartment is clean and functional with every comfort and household appliance also useful for longer stays. highly recommended

There Is not coffee machine

Very central location! Easy to walk and take the train to major sites. Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating.

It was very clean, beds very comfortable and large. Restaurants just few steps away. We found sugar, salt, tea bags, coffe in the kitchen. It was really nice Anna, the host explaned us everything and she was really helpful.

I didnt find new sponge for washing up few pots and forks. I didnt want to use for this the washing machine. To switch on tv was really difficult, next time may be we ll learn it.

The Crystal Suites Chez Helena Is a very unique lodging opportunity. It was a portion of the home of Helena Rubenstein (famous for cosmetics products) and a unique peek into where she lived in her youth. The unit was modernized with a new bathroom and kitchenette, in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to the old city and with casual restaurants and live acoustic music very nearby. Anna, the manager was great at welcoming us and arranging transportation to the airport after our short stay. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity becomes available.
