The gardens are beautiful, staff are very friendly, I liked the, rooms had there own characters, plus there is a no dog room, wife is asthmatic, good choice of ales, evening meal was good, breakfast beautiful, recommend hotel to anyone,,ps give gardener pay rise, they deserve it 😀

Beautiful setting, superb food, excellent staff. Very clean and comfortable. Our 4th stay here, as it's so peaceful. We will definitely be back as we love it. Full marks to the staff.

We were disappointed to get a room in the annexe as we have had rooms in the main building in the past which had more character. We also feel that the room sizes don't justify the high price. We still think the place is fabulous.

Breakfast is lovely, all meals in general are really good. This was our 4th or 5th time at this property, I love it and keep going back

The welcoming, friendly staff made it a pleasure to stay. I love the Inn and gardens, always so beautiful. Initially I was given a room without a window but this was rectified as soon as I said something at reception. I was upgraded to an amazing spacious room with dual aspect.

I was given a poor room but it was upgraded straight away.
