Loved the location! Our room was very nice and clean.

We had plumbing issues and I had to keep leaving the room and going to the public restroom downstairs to use the restroom because the water in the toilet kept backing up. The shower was also very low water pressure and there was no hot water. There was a bad sewer smell in the elevator, so I am not sure if that was relatable to the issues or not. I really wanted to speak with the management regarding the plumbing issues, but no one was available. The gentlemen at the desk was very kind and very helpful and we had no issues at all with him. We really liked him a lot and he gave us a lot of good recommendations. We were just hoping to receive a call from management about the plumbing issues. I haven't received a return call and it's been a week since I checked in.
