Location. Clean rooms, nice atmosphere.

No ice, no coffee.

Clean, friendly staff, attentive, responsive

Water valve in the shower was not working properly. Freezing cold water the first night. Scalding hot water the next morning. Maintenance came to assess the problem but was unable to fix. No coffee maker in the room. No coffee on site. No mini fridge in the room. Had to keep my take-out on the window ledge to keep it cold. Its January so cold was not a problem. I think I was the only guest in the hotel but simple black coffee would have been nice. To be fair, its a beautiful place, staff were great, I have stayed there before on and off season but this time they could have done better.

Situated in the heart of Provincetown, Pilgrim House is clean, gracious& welcoming. A great place to call home base for the weekend, Pilgrim House represents can you send that to me the soul of PTown.

Only thing we didn't like was the sloped ceiling which had a learning curve to avoid.

La chambre n'a pas été faite malgré deux demandes. Le mobilier est de piètre qualité, les vis de la chaise mériteraient d'être resserrées.
