"Our staff was and we had a great time at the show on the property, Latrice Royale was great"

The Owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very welcoming!

My only complaint was the mattress on the bed was too soft.

"No hot water is in room 210"

The views and room was clean 🪥

No Hot water in room number 210 for the second time I stayed there!!! Front desk guy had kinda of a attitude saying that it was fixed but it wasn't!!!!

"Good location, somewhat short on amentieies"

Their location is good, by the Lobster Pot. The rooms are clean modern, basically standard hotel rooms (not B&B).

The Pilgrim House website advertised parking, but they have only 9 spaces for 24 rooms, and charge $75/night, which is much more than nearby lots. A Trip Advisor website said they have bicycles, but they did not. There is no breakfast, or snacks, or coffee machines in rooms or in lobby. A mini-fridge for a standard room is an extra $26/night.

"Why am I being asked to write a review on a place that lost our reservation?"

I like how they were very dismissive over the phone and lost our reservation!

Seeing the hotel during our strolls. Fortunately our AirBNB was a LOT closer to the center of town.
