Wonderful staff! Both professional and exceptionally charismatic. My partner and myself have never felt more at home out of state. Every conversation was a treat and the check in/check out process was quick and easy!

The bar was great. Staff freindly other than t h e cook she was miserable. Great location just one street over from free public parking this time of year..

Been staying at this location for a few years. Things are showing wear and tear, especially the room furniture and bathroom fixtures.

I loved the actual room although there was no coffee to go with the coffee maker. The location was perfect. It was in the hear of the area and local attractions. It was so nice to leave your room and walk two minutes to dinner.

The staff were almost non existent. Multiple people were waiting to check in at prime check in time for at least 20 minutes. No one answering the phone or the bell. Additionally, the pricing for parking was stated differently in person than the pay ahead option. I paid ahead and heard others being told in person a cheaper price. I brought this to their attention, said they'd call me back, never did nor was it rectified. Customer service weighs a lot in my opinion and for this location it was barely provided. The bathroom almost doesnt allow anyone to stand in the sideways. It was so small and narrow, I almost wonder if they should put a warning out there for any larger people that it would be inaccessible. No coffee in the room to go with the coffeemaker.

Pilgrim House was a lovely location right in the heart of Provincetown, they were close to all the main areas including the wharf! The room had old world charm with a nice bed and good connectivity, it had little notes and aspects from the Cape Cod area!
