Very friendly owner who really wants you to be happy and asks to be informed of issues.

Whilst it was good value for money it really does require some updating. The room was adequate size and very warm, the shower and bathroom requires some attention but you have to accept that this is a £55 room and not a 4 Star hotel.

Small dark dinghy

Got back today from a fabulous 2 night stay at the Lynnwood. I know Blackpool very well as I used to live there for years. The location was perfect for us, as we could walk to south or North shore from here. Arrived and was greeted by Simon (si)who was very friendly and easy to get along with, nice chap. He even booked us into the deluxe room at the front with a bay window and view of the sea😁 everything was spotless from when we walked in and the room was lovely. Had a great night's sleep. Nothing I can complain about. Great price too. Will be back there soon. 😁😁

It's in a good location for the beach

It's outdated and we had room 9 which was at the front of the building. The noise from the road and the wind chimes from the b+b opposite kept us up all night! (No fault of the owener).
