Property is old and dated but is clean

Your review is a bit deceiving. It says bed and breakfast on the sign.also in room it tells you what time.But they don't do breakfast. I think you need to let people know its bed only The room was clean but small.If you are more than a size 16 the space between the sink and shower was very small.The owner Simon was very welcoming. And would have helped if we had needed anything. The location is also fine.At 50 pound a night it was reasonable.

The host simon was brilliant the hotel was clean n tidy, the bar was quiet ,booking on line was the best thing to do ,the people that stayed there were friendly aswell we loved our stay it was easy walk to South pier

Great location clean friendly

the lynwood is a nice clean quiet family friendly hotel . the owner simon is such a friendly man , we chatted with him every day and he was so pleasant . the thing that really sealed it was him lovely dog lucy , she is so friendly and was always happy to see us . when we visit blackpool again we will definetaly be booking with simon and lucy (our kids loved her and miss her already)

I had a lovely stay and Simon was very welcoming. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. The price was really good.
