Central location, great if you’re attending an event at the convention center. Decent quality hotel by Medan standards. Staff were friendly, the room was clean and the water pressure was good. There was a variety of options for breakfast - mostly local options.

The location is unbeatable- easy walk to several attractions and malls, also next to a park with a walking track. The breakfast was great and the room comfortable. The hotel was also excellent at communicating with me to book airport transfers and a late check out.

The pool could use some love- it does the job but it is looking tired
