The area it was in. Central and convenient.

1. Our bags didn’t arrive in the room for over after an hour or so. Apparently they had come to send the bags and we weren’t in the room. Funny coz we just arrived and took the lift immediately to our room. Finally they said that they overlooked the bag and didn’t realise it actually. I dont appreciate excuses. Just find the bag and get me the bag. 2. Requested for soap top up in my room: never got it. 3. The spa could do better by providing nice smells and spa music. The massages were good but the ambience failed.
