"Suprise birthday cake and free upgrade room "

Checked in at 20.00 WIB after traveling from Malacca to KL, continued on to the flight to Kualanamu Medan, smooth check in, got a suprise cake from Santika management for my 46th birthday on 26th May 🥰🥰🥰, clean room, good food and good variety, although not yet like the Hayamwuruk Jakarta premiere, but now it's different from 7 years ago Staying here now is happier because it's free to upgrade to deluxe room view according to request pool view corner 722, nice to enjoy because there are 4 mineral waters bottles every day, only the towels are quite dirty and thin, it's time to rejuvenate, plus the shower is not yet a rain shower, as satisfying as a bath at Santika Premiere, my favorite at Premiere Santika Hayamwuruk in Jakarta, which is the best, but always recommended for the service of the morning staff at the 3rd floor who are alert and friendly... Thank you Santika Premier Dyadra Medan for your service 🙏🙏🙏 we will be back for sure for celebrate my wife 51st birthday on this Januari and we hope get the best suprise and free upgrade the best room for us 😊

Food

Check in snd check out process, seems really chaostic and disorganized at peak time, you should anticipate it by placing more staff, or dont allow people to negotiate price or booking room at checking counter. This is 2024 either you book online or by phone and its should be confirm before client arrive so no more negotiations at check-in,. Some people came from far away and already exhausted they need to check-in and get in to their room soon, we cant wait 30mins at check-in counter for some clients negotiating room, price etc etc

Having a conference session in Santika. Its an excellent venue with everything well managed and professional. Food was varied even for lunch, dinner and also coffee break. It's taste good. This venue is located in the city centre, so it will be easy to go anywhere. Santika also has a nice cafe to enjoy the night view in Medan.
