Good location to the rail station, to Clacton pier beaches and shops

Parking was little tight for space.

Perfect location. Very friendly welcome. Continental breakfast was included. For what we paid we only expected a croissant and coffee. There was toast, cereal, yogurts, fruit , a wide range of spreads and plenty of tea and coffee. . Everything we needed was in the room. It was clean, warm and comfortable and would happily stay there again.

Very welcoming and attentive staff, only a short walk to the seafront. No complaints whatsoever.

Very welcoming, easy to find, very helpful, room was very clean and tidy only tiny thing was fridge was noisy. Hotel left some nice little touches, milk, yogurts and fruit etc so thank you very much

This was my second stay at Brunson Guest House, the room was great with good breakfast items.
