Le Bel Air Resort Luang Prabang

To stay here two night. Room is large and good quality . Booked at Gariner room then View is nice. Staffs are very helpful Loved swimming pool. Resort offer No fitness center However, i do not like breakfast much. No bacon , no egg and noodle station Poor breakfast for me Otherwise things are fine

Barely anyone there, but few days earlier, madness. Buffet great baguettes, toasted slices with butter heaven. No bacon, no fresh coffee machine, just brewed, plates need to be warmed. Nice selection of fruit flies with some lettuce and fruit underneath. Great restaurant atmosphere. Terrible bikes, but free to use. Bungalows awesome with high ceilings and nice decorations, double sink, great hot water, the whole bit. Very good!! Pool not too deep but great. Staff nice, but don't go after the Chinese rush or they will be fed up and not so nice. Grounds very beautiful. Room mini-fridges no freezer (you know the kind where you take off the stupid plastic freezer door so a can of beer can fit inside).

Gave a generous 4 * - we had a bungalow which was delightful. Dark wood & tiled floor. Separate toilet - dressing area with safe deposit box. Good air conditioning which would have benefited from being remotely controlled - good shower & bathroom- very comfortable bed and reasonably good quality bed linen & towels. Towels could have been better /newer. Fridge in room - complimentary water daily though only 2 bottles. coffee cafetière which was a nice touch. Very good large infinity pool ,with plenty of sun loungers and a pool bar. Very nice gardens and very well maintained. Fantastic position on banks of river. Overall a very nice property. The negatives for me in room was the TV. Small tv built into wall - not smart tv and no cable. Only 1 English speaking channel which was BBC news. I don’t come away to watch tv but it is nice to have Netflix or at least a film channel to watch if you decide to have an early night. No USB points anywhere. The breakfast offering was extremely poor for the cost of the hotel. Very limited amount of choice. No bacon , just warm slices of ham ??? Often items were gone but not replaced. No brown or whole meal bread only horrid white bread. The breakfast simply did not match up with the otherwise high standards of the hotel. I have been critical as I feel I was paying top prices and the property lacked in some areas. Aside from the few negatives it was a very pleasant stay.

The property is really well designed and has rooms interspersed around greenery and a nice swimming pool. It is easy to walk to the main town of Luang Prabang; if you rather not walk, one can get a "tuk-tuk" that can accommodate up to six people at a time. The spa at the property is small but adequate. The breakfast was realy good. Two issues re the property: (1) most of the staff does not speak good English and so communication was at times difficult; (2) the main dining room gets closed very early, perhaps to economize on insufficient customers when we were there (February 2024).

The hotel is on beautifully maintained grounds, and has stylish and functional rooms and bathrooms, and pleasant staff. We were given a free upgrade and got a river view. The pool area is peaceful and beautiful, and the pool is large and pleasant.

El hotel esta hermoso, impecable, la habitación maravillosa, me sentía en un sueño, con excepción de el gerente del hotel Mr. May, el fue muy grosero conmigo, se rehuso a solicitar un taxi para llevarme al aeropuerto y me grito, en todo mi viaje por Vietnam, Laos y Camboida Mr. May es la única persona con mala actitud. En mi reservación decia que el hotel incluía transportación al aeropuerto y le pregunte y me dijo que queria aprovecharme y me grito y no quiso llamar a un taxi por mi. Una experiencia muy desagradable.

Está hermoso la arquitectura, respetan la arquitectura local con unos jardines bonitos al lado del río con unas vistas muy bonitas. Lo malo es que hay mosquitos obvio por el río y jardin

Vi var en familie på 6 personer (5 voksne og 1 barn). Vi havde 3 overnatninger på Le Bel Air Resort i Luang Prabang. Et fantastisk og meget charmerende hotel med dejlige værelser. Resortet har en superlækker beliggenhed og meget dejligt pool område med poolbar og god mad samt drikke. God morgenmad - eneste indsigelse var dog kaffen. Her kan hotellet med fordel opgradere, så man kan få en cappucino, espresso eller latte. Hotellet er kun 10 min fra lufthavnen og tilsvarende fra byen.

I had the most wonderful stay at Le Bel Air. The staff are so lovely and the pool, drinks and rooms are stunning. Thoroughly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

スタッフの対応が素晴らしかった。そして朝ごはんがとても美味しい。 ホテルの前に、徒歩かバイクしか通れない橋があるため、車やトゥクトゥクは迂回することになるが、どちらでも中心までは近い。 また是非利用したい。
