Brilliant location and a nice big room for a city hotel. Checkin is done remotely with no human interaction, the city registration link only allows you to enter the key holders name and there is no indication so I struggled for a bit to add my wife and failed. However just use the number provided and Pablo or Maria respond promptly and sort everything for you. Don't get frustrated like I did just call them and all will be well.

Stayed here on our only and final day in Santiago. The location is great, just a very short walk to the cathedral. It is a middle class , I would say 70-80s style hotel, if you want to call it that. Bed was comfy. Communication was good and not complicated at all.

When you walk in you almost suffocate from the smell of room perfume. Its everywhere, in the hallway in the room. For us it was really too much. The second thing is, it’s too expensive. Stayed in better rooms for less.

Location in historic centre near the cathedral.

Every day of a 3 night stay I had to call to get my key code for the entrance door and the room door reset. This was annoying. Also there was drilling and maintenance going on one evening.

This is a tiny hotel, with maybe a dozen rooms, but it is run like a first class operation. The location is great, in the old town close to restaurants and stores, and about a 5 minute walk to the Cathedral. The hotel itself has lots of wood and high ceilings and exudes an old school elegance. Bathroom was large, as was the shower. I had my luggage forwarded from Porto and it was already in my room when I first checked in. Lastly, there isn't any staff on-site, but they were very responsive over WhatsApp. For instance, they arranged for a taxi to pick me up, which was very much appreciated.
