Everything! The location is very good. Bed and pillows very comfortable, the room very spacious. Staff is very attentive and helpful

Stairs are steep and light luggage is a must.

Good location. Nice crisp sheets and comfy bed. Helpf about bicycle storage. Breakfast in the restaurant next door owned by the same company was excellent

Room was cold. We managed to work out how to get air con to produce warm air. The radiator in the bathroom wouldn’t work. Someone came to do a quick fix with an extension cable but this was a hazard and it wasn’t fixed properly after that. It was set at 20*C anyway so didn’t come on to warm our towels. We were very cold and wet from cycling so the lack of any warmth was not good.
