Everything has been spot-on. A lovely welcome upon arrival, FOC upgrade after a 5 1/2hr drive was especially appreciated. The rooms have been excellent and the beds super comfortable - ensure we are all well-rested for our return journeys. They were all quiet despite overlooking the car park and reception - totally undisturbed all night. Everything was as clean as could be. Breakfast today was divine, and excellent value, setting us up for the most part of the day. We will certainly be back, and will recommend to all.

All the staff had a friendly face with a smile, and were pleased to serve you. The reception is light and airy, as are the other public places.

For me the bed was too firm and I didn't get a great night's sleep. But there's my opinion. If you prefer a firm mattress then it'll be ok for you.
