There was no hot water. Reported to reception. Told run the tap for a long time! It eventually ran Luke warm. The shower was not fit for purpose. I could not make it work other than cold. After 12 hours of travel- we were unable to freshen up before going out for the evening. My husband (strong hands) managed to twist it. There was no working extraction fan in the tiny en-suite. The tv didn’t work. Reported to reception. Advised to re-programme it ourselves. Still only had 1 channel - old foreign football match. Reception said it would be fixed the next day- it wasn’t.
