Le logement est propre et très bien près de la plage bien situé.

Family holiday (10 people) visiting Lloret de Mar. Fantastic accommodation and very friendly staff always resolving any issues in a very efficient manner. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

The receptionists were ever so helpful. If I was n't married, I would have stayed there for ever.

Nice location, quiet & safe, 1 mi walk to Lloret de Mar beach & downtown. Staff is very friendly & professional. Hotel pool is nice and hotel restaurant is pretty good. The issue is that the rooms need renovation: they are clean, but lack typical amenities. Important note, there is no AC in any of the rooms. Not a big deal at night.

Expected facility to be a little more modern..newer. No housekeeping at all. We had to take out our own trash and asked for more toilet paper if we ran out. Bed was not comfortable. Shower did not have complete door so water was always splashing out. Pictures on Expedia very deceiving. Overall we were disappointed and will not recommend it to our friends.

Brilliant nice rooms, great staff, lovely pool. The prices in the bar for food could be a bit chea[er for the quality of food you are getting

Hotel basic but clean and comfortable.. Staff great english and very helpful.. Went in April and evening time quite cold in room but were supplied with heater.. Some rooms have balconies( ours didnt). So request one if you expect a balcony.. Very steep hills to negiotate.. Again if you request pool view, only one small hill. the hotel has a courtesy bus to take customers to beach/town/bus station.. Salvator the driver lovely fella and very helpful..he works 9-6 off season and 9-9 summer. Would recommend food in hotel also..again very friendly staff..Refundable deposit of €50 and tax due when you check in.. The shuttle buses only leave and collect you from the bottom of hill.. Biggest disadvantage is the distance from town..

booked my holiday here on a whim and was flying out two weeks later for my 4 year old son and i so I didn't know what to expect cause the whole trip was a bargain but I was so surprised when I got there to see a huge spotless apartment with a well equipped kitchen I was delighted the staff were so friendly and it was a well kept resort with a free shuttle bus up and down to the town all day that leaves you right at the beach we were dropped to and from the supermarket also which was great they have two pool tables which kept kids and adults alike busy and two pools which was great I would definitely stay here again without a doubt
