Aparthotel Adagio Access Brussels Europe

If you arrive at the Brussels Central Station with luggage, the best is to hail a cab or Uber which would cost about 12-15 euros depending on time of day. I am giving this a three (not four) stars because I am a tourist and there are not many shops or restaurants in the neighborhood. Pluses: - the price is lower than mamy hotels in the city. Perhaps the reason is that it is not located in a touristy area? - the apartment space, with a mini kitchen (small fridge, sink, stove top, microwave and cooking utensils) - the wood floor also makes the room cleaner (than carpet) - okay breakfast with some "hot items" like scrambled eggs, and do your own hard-boiled eggs and waffles, and the usual cold cuts, fruits, cereals and baked goods (breads and croissants), juices and choices of coffee from a machine - a small corner shop opposite the elevators where one can buy drinks or ready-made meals, which one can reheat using their microwave - the location would be a plus for people who work at the EU or NATO offices nearby Minuses: - if you are looking for a hotel with lots of shops and cafes/restaurants close by this is not the place. The closest concentration of restaurants is the Leopold Quarter about 2.5 blocks south and then 3.5 blocks east. The neighbourhood has mostly office buildings. The location would be a plus for people who work at the EU or NATO offices nearby - the sink and the shower were slow-draining, given that my room was on the 6th floor - there was a hair-dryer in the bathroom but no electrical outlet. Not sure if it is a standard in Brussel to NOT have electrical outlet inside the bathroom?! Very odd indeed

Really great place here. Friendly reception with food available to heat up all the time. Nice space at reception to relax and have a drink. The room was great, very comfortable bed and all was good. It was Easter and the staff hid chocolate eggs all over the hotel! Great location. Easy walk to metro and grand palace. Great value as well!

We really like the Adagio and always a very good customer service. We always tried to get the room with the huge balcony Room are always clean, nothing to complain so far. Staff helpful and location is perfect. Recommend

Stayed here 5 nights. A basic aparthotel - clean and comfortable - in a good, quiet location near many of the EU offices and Embassies. Room was simple, with a microwave, hot plate, and basic kitchen utensils. I'm not sure their cleaning schedule (maybe once a week?) but for a stay of 5 nights they didn't clean the room. Accommodation-wise, it did the trick, and the price was good. Staff were friendly.

This aparthotel serves the needs of those wanting the ability to make their own breakfast and even basic meals. It is conveniently located for the European institutions. One suggestion to management is to supply rubber mats to prevent slipping in the shower - either for all or in response to requests. At present there is a risk, especially for the older generation, and none could be supplied. Overall, I was well satisfied - just couldn't stand on one leg to wash my feet!

Really friendly staff, nice location and good facilities. The service for fast checkout works well and it's definitely a time saver. However, there was plenty of mould around the shower cabin. I feel like better maintenance would be welcomed.

I've stayed in this hotel in several occasions and in all of them the experience was very good. The rooms are very comfortable and have a small kitchen where you can make meals. The clerks are very friendly and always ready to help. Very nice breakfast, with variety, the only aspect to improve is the diversity of the fruit.

I really enjoyed my stay at Apparthotel Access in Brussels! The staff is friendly and helpful! The room was clean, comfortable and have everything I needed for cooking. It is located near the Royal Palace, a supermarket, transportation (bus and metro) and restaurants. I highly recommend it! Thanks!! :-)

Hotel is small and basic. Room is lacking in any comforts and there is no tea and coffee or water, it smells of cigarette smoke it’s really awful, no other rooms available as they are full. Very uncomfortable and not worth the money at all. Def won’t stay here again.
