Aparthotel Adagio Access Brussels Europe

Chose the hotel due to its location during a business visit to the Brussels' European Quarter. The hotel room was simple but functional. Nothing was exceptional, but everything worked. Wifi was fast enough for video calls on VPN; there was enough electric outlets. The room showed quite some signs of wear and tear (incl walls and the bathroom). Water in the shower was lukewarm at best. My only complaint is about how lax the staff was with regard to the COVID regulations. Despite abundance of hand gel and lots of posters, the staff caught two guests without valid covid certificates only when they were leaving (witnessed the whole situation). Did not fill me with lots of trust.

Emplacement parfait, au centre de Bruxelles, calme malgré tout et petit déjeuner parfait. Personnel très sympathique. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et avons pu découvrir Bruxelles et autres villes au alentour sans problème. A 10 minutes à pied de la gare centrale.

Aparthotel Adagio provided a reasonably-priced accomodation in the center of Brussels. It was as advertised: a clean, comfortable, and spacious apartment with an excellent location. Check-in (1 hour early) and check-out were efficient.

The kitchenette is brilliant. The location is out of the main tourist area and very quiet.

Excellent little apartment in nice building. Very friendly staff and in a nice area. Room was clean and had all amenities we needed. Central location within walking distance of most sights.

Great location, very close to the Express bus to the airport, subway and other buses. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful!

Everything was awesome at this place! The kitchenette in the room was very useful. The only drawback is the fact that hotels.com shows a bathtub while we only got a shower. After inquiring about it, hotel staff said hotels.com have the wrong description for the room we booked.

The hotel is very close to the center, the metro and the friendly staff who provide the requested information.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoy the stay there. I would recommend this hotel overall but it's a bit of a walk to the tourist attractions.
