La ubicacion. El confort de la habitación, la vista. Estacionamiento.

La atención en la zona de bar que esta al lado de la piscina. La oferta de tragos de baja calidad y la atención del personal lenta y se percibe de mala gana. El agua de la ducha sale caliente por mas que uno pone agua fria.

Breakfast was excellent and very much a feature of the service provided.

Bathroom flooded a couple times and the sofa would've been more useful as a sofa bed.

The restaurant, the bar and the pool

The staff was not nice bad service 😔, there was only one lady at the reception i think she is brazilian or columbian and the young guy that works at night at the bar the rest of the staff especially the young lady that works day time at the reception, and the 3 that work at the breakfast in the morning, they really need a hospitality course asap.
