One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The manager, Henry, definitely goes off and beyond to ensure that our stay was a good one. Clean and organized hotel, great staff, and very accommodating. Definitely looking forward to staying again on our next trip to Ecuador.

Great Hotel and staff, Henry was great, he arranged our COVID tests, got us excellent restaurant reservations and very accommodating. The hotel is in a perfect location and has a great vibe, I would highly recommend

I stayed here for 4 nights when I first got to Ecuador and again on my last night. This beautifully renovated building is a pleasure to stay at. The staff are kind and helpful. The food is also good. I just had breakfast delivered to my room. They are accommodating for special dietary requests. The manager also picked me up and dropped me off at the airport. He speaks fluent English. I even made a friend who rents an apartment in the back. Oh and there is hot water in the rooms, which is not always the case at some hotels!
