Breakfast was ok. They kitchen took a very long time to deliver breakfast in the dinning room. That said the food was good.

We had issue with our bed and when we got moved to another room, we had an issue with the shower. We made the front desk aware on our departure.

Staff at Rosalie are very professional, friendly and welcoming. Property was very clean. Gardeners and landscapers do a great job keeping the property looking beautiful.

We loved our stay in Rosalie Bay resort and we would love to be back one day. The rooms were very specious, stylishly decorated, and very clean. The whole resorts is very well maintained and cleaned. In the garden you can spot a lot of fruit trees and plants, birds, lizards, and there was an agouti to be seen every morning. The calmness of this place is amaizing. You hear the ocean throughout the entire time. We were very lucky to see hatchling of the turtles and also a leatherback turtle making a nest. Unforgettable experience. We had great interaction with the staff who was very friendly, they arranged a rental car for us, checked the ferries, and transferred us back and forth to the ferry terminal. Great base for exploration of this amaizing nature paradise. The temperatures end of April were great, between 25-28 degrees with nice wind. Last note: you really need a car to explore Dominica, and swimming in the ocean by Rosalie bay is not allowed and simply not possible.

Food in general in the restaurant needs to be improved. There is very little fruit for breakfast, usually only watermelon or melon. We would have loved it if the menu included more local cousine options and more fruits. Since the place is remote, the restaurant is in practice your only choice for dinner, unless you dare to take the risk and drive in the dark to go to a restaurant.

Our room was spacious for our family. We loved the view of the river from our room. Fun to watch birds. The swinging bench was an added bonus. It was quiet and peaceful. Nice grounds to walk around on. Ample pool size. Kind staff who work hard to make it a great experience. Walking to the quiet beach.

Service was slow at the restaurant.

Beautifully maintained property with access to the beach. Easy to find the different amenities and the staff is always so helpful.

Nothing, it was spectacular!

We liked the peaceful isolated setting however had expected it to be an eco "resort". We were disappointed that the sea was too dangerous to swim in at any time because of constant rip tides. The black sand was covered in large boulders, seaweed and bugs so not a pleasant place to linger. The grounds were the stand out feature with beautiful flowering tropical trees and shrubs all well cared for. Much better than the botanic gardens at Roseau. Rooms were clean, beds confortable and staff cheerful and friendly. Tours with Zahir were safe and very enjoyable.

Our sea view room was large with a pleasant verandah facing the sea. We found the fixtures and fittings to be rather tired with corroded bathroom fittings and curtains and rails hanging off the wall. The availability of wifi was extremely intermttent. Rooms were not sound proof. The included breakfast was unpleasant, watermelon, overcooked eggs, hot dog sausages and bacon every day. The guest toaster hardly worked. No fresh ingredients. The "restaurant" has more of an utilitarian onsite canteen feel with no air conditioning. Evening meals were bland, uninteresting, overcooked and small. . No fresh fruit, salad or green veg on offer. The pool was a pleasant area but only 10 sunbeds for the entire resort was poor. Invariably they were all taken or reserved with towels when we returned from a day of sightseeing. No turtles were spotted during our stay. We travelled a very long way for this special anniversary holiday. We are sorry to say it did not live up to our expectations.
