Very clean was lovely having the oceanfront view from the property

The sunbeds need updating and the food didn’t have much flavour.. the menu is very limited they need more variation

Huge room just off the beach

Restaurants limited in the area and one on site only changes menu every 2 days.

The property is quiet and secluded from towns. For any nature lovers, this is an outstanding eco-resort to visit. There is a beach and a river running next to the property. Lots of different species of trees and flowers. We loved it!

We felt that it was hard to find food outside of the resort for dinner. It is risky to drive at night; roads are in bad shape, and the island has lots of high mountains and cliffs.

Beautiful location! Service could use some work in the restaurant. Some servers were great, others not so much.

Breakfast options could be better with more fresh fruit and veggies

There is no way to boil water. I asked for a kettle they said they have, then they call me to get it in reception, which is not quiet nice for the service of an expensive resort, then when i arrived the receptionist said someone took it away so they dont have it anymore, then she told me to boil my water in the filtered coffee machine, and even if i took off the filter for the coffee ofcourse there will still be traces of coffee.

The location and setting were beautiful. The staff were courteous and the room was clean & spacious. The bed was quite comfortable.

There was a restaurant on property but nothing else around so you had to eat at that restaurant. Though the food was good, the menu was very limited and the service was slow. There was a gym but most of the equipment didn't work. There was a spa but the services were very pricey. The shower in our room didn't work very well, likely because the shower head hadn't been cleaned in ages. All in all...way overpriced for the level of service. We would not stay here again.

Not enough info about turtles, one of the servers in the pool bar was not very friendly.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was large and comfortable! Food at the on site pool bar restaurant was decent but not exceptional.

It was quite expensive for not a lot of facilities. The gym was quite worn down, the beach is not really a beach as you can’t sit or swim (due to protecting Turtles there), and the drive the many of the attractions on the island is quite far as you have to go through Roseau.

I like the quiet location so was able to enjoy the wonderful native flora on site

Didn't enjoy any of my evening meals. In my experience the food was overly cooked. Buffet breakfast was better at least I was able to enjoy what was available.
