The hotel feels more like a Bed and Breakfast. The staff was great. I only speak English, and they were very helpful. The breakfast was cooked to order and yummy. There is a purified water cooler for guest, so that kept us from having to buy a lot of bottled water. The location is in a "safer" place than other places I looked at. I parked my car their locked lot across the street. Overall very pleased, I wish the roof top jacuzzi had been heated.

Pretty nice Hotel. The perfect option for staying in the area after work meetings or business. Will definitely recommend it and stay here again.

Picked a hotel to just stay the night and was extremely impressed by how clean and nice it was. I will definitely stay here again when I visit!! My only issue was the conditioner was watery and didn't condition. Otherwise it was perfect stuff super friendly

About me: I expect hotel customer service to be proportional to the cost of the room. When a cheaper hotel provides superior service, the more-expensive hotel is deficient. I make a solitary request at every hotel...for a quiet room. My room was not quiet. One of the staff was in the utility room next to my guest room banging on the wall and sheet metal and dropping tools for two days I stayed there past 10pm. You would think there to be communication between staff enough to know better. I called the front desk but it did not stop. The hotel/room/furnishings were very nice with a artsy/modern theme. The micro-frig in the room is 1 cubic foot (really small). The included breakfast buffet was superb. I did not eat there for dinner. They do not have a pool but guests can use the Now Lorimar Hotel's pool next-door (nice). For this hotel, I would rent a car at the airport. After paying $35 USD for a taxi from the airport and the long walking distances to local attractions, I spent another $35 USD to go back to the airport and rented a car. It turned-out to be a great decision. There are grocery stores and restaurants in both directions some distance from the hotel.

The hotel is nice, the room was good for one nite a nod even more, perfect size for a couple. But the restaurant doesn't serve local dishes. There is no pool but a small workout room for fitness needs. The resort next day is where everyone spends time for a extra fee of $58.00 per day. At checkout you will pay a 28% sales tax unless taxes were included at purchase. There is nothing to do in the hotel as all the activities at the resort next door which are included in your extra $58.00 but not your regular NH hotel price so either book the Now Larimar resort instead or not. The hotel is only a 10 or 15 minute drive from the airport depending on traffic. There is nothing else within walking distance so choose wisely. Everything is in US dollars except your final bill which is in pasos. People say it's inexpensive here but not during peak season, prices are driven up. Book your transportation to and from the airport in advance to avoid being hustled by cab drivers or other shuttle companies.

A fairly nice, new, hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Simple but adequate room. However, our A/C wasn't strong enough to combat the southern sun. The ice machines on all floors weren't working. We stayed here a few days until our condo opened up. For the price, I am satisfied with the value.

Hotel was clean, smelled good. My room was very comfortable, the first day of check in all the drinks(Water & soft drinks) in the mini bar are included. The breakfast buffet which was included was well stocked and there is food for any liking or diet and most of all not crowded. A few times I was one of only two people eating and its open until 11 am. Included is free access to the pool and beach at the lorimar NOW all inclusive resort and if you want to pay for all inclusive drinks and food that is available for purchase at the NH hotel. I had no issue with not having hot water. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. 10 minute walk to the left is a large mall with shopping and food, 5 minutes to the right is an Asian Bistro and convenience store. Another five minutes from there is a a cluster of restaurants and a few bars. If you are so inclined you can have "Visitors" to your room with no hassle from the front desk in case you get lucky at one of the local bars. When I stay in Punta Cana i will stay at the NH

Needed 1 night after long drive to take a flight. All was good, including the restaurant.
