Compared to our stay at a large all-inclusive in Punta Cana, NH had a very coordinated check-in with a modern stylish room and a delicious breakfast buffet. We stayed for one night due to arriving late in Punta Cana and then traveled to our final destination of Paradisus Punta Cana where a confused staff and management were present all week. I would give NH a 9 out of 10 overall rating!

This hotel was perfect for a business stay. It's the right size, internet works perfectly and you don't have to deal with throngs of people. I will definitely stay again. My only concern was that the room could have been a bit cleaner but since I was only there one night it didn't seem all that important.

this hotel is a bargain... modern and quiet, with nice views, and free access to the resort next door.

We stayed at the NH for a 7 day vacation. THe rooms are extremely clean, and the hotel staff was INCREDIBLE. Fernando, Julio, and Jose were AWESOME. They helped us out so much. We did the $60 all inclusive a couple of days so we could chill at the beach over at the NOW Larimar and eat whenever we wanted. For those who complain about how far it is from the NH to the beach, I understand, but it isn't that big of a deal. You walk 50 feet to a big golf cart and then they take you to the NOW front lobby. You have to walk from there but it isn't any different than if you were staying the the "Garden View" area of the NOW. Anyway, if we go back to the DR we will be staying at the NH. The food was good and inexpensive, the breakfasts were way more than a continental and it was free. If you aren't interested in being right in the middle of all of the action on the island, and not looking for all-inclusive, you can't beat the NH, especially for the price.

this is probably one of the best hotels in this country...it has everything you need. the breakfast is great. you get access to the resort next door (free drinks)... all for a low price... everything works and is in good condition in the rooms...

I toured this hotel on behalf of my client who was married at Now Larimar. Now Larimar is right next door to NH. My clients needed an additional night in Punta Cana and because Now was sold out that were placed on a waiting list. Once I took a tour of the hotel, spoke with the staff, partook of food and checked out the rooms, I immediately knew they would be more than happy staying at NH. The hotel stay includes breakfast ( the dining area is nice and very clean) and free Wi-Fi (great value considering that Now charges for Wi-Fi). All the rooms are exactly the same so there's no need to wonder if you have the best type room. The hotel even prepared the room with a Honeymoon banner on the door. Once my clients returned, they confirmed the great choice of staying the extra night at NH.

I needed to find lodging for one night due to an error in airline reservations. The room was clean and quite comfortable - coffee, tea, in the room. Lovely complimentary breakfast. Since I arrived fairly late and exhausted, on site restaurant was reasonable and service was well above average. Staff was friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful in getting me to where I needed to go. The only problem was that the van driver didn't know where it was! Access to resort next door was also appreciated. Because I was only there for one night, I did not have a chance to enjoy the nearby area - shopping, dining, etc. This was a perfect solution to my error.

well it goes like this my wife took my suite to front desk to have arron only ended up costing 16 usa dollars it said on the sheet 1.00 per item there was 4 pieces also one day of stay no hot water no stores near by this lonly place in punta cana beaches were very dirty at beach front must say hotel was very clean through out cabs were over priced but was told gas prices very hi no transit service only cabs motos we would not return to punta cana

Everything was really good, room great and clean, breakfast fabulous, but some of the personnel seemed to be a little bit distracted and would not pay attention to simple things.

I was disappointed ... maybe i expected more from a NH property .... maybe this is not one of their better ones ... breakfast was good, room was good ..... but hotel was deserted and not as classy/ luxurious looking .... i was there for only a day and the wifi was not working for the entire day and they could not do anything about it ... not a good experience overall ....
