The entire NH experience was great. Enjoyed the small hotel with the beautiful resort right there. Spent the week at the pool, quiet evenings in the room. My expectations were definitely met. Thank you NH!

I stayed 4 days at NH. I was able to check in early and my room was ready. My room had the view of the other resort as I have requested. The room is very clean, AC works great, adequate cable channels. Buffet breakfast is adequate but the food was cold even when I went at 7 am. They can make fried eggs, omelette upon request. There's no ice machine on the floors and I had to wait 10 mins for them to bring ice. The main hallway on my floor is dark as you get off the elevator. They provide you with clean towels everyday but they forgot to replenish the washcloth. Guests have access to the beach and pool at the adjacent resort. Overall the staff are friendly and helpful. This hotel is worth the buck.

Ok....here it goes... Yays: Checked in much earlier that we should. Breakfast was very good. Manager is extremely good, we had a complain (see below) and she left a good gesture in our room. Golf cart to now larimar is perfect where we took a shuttle to San Juan and Real Palmiers and used pool and beach. Also walked to restaurants close to the beach. Also joined the nightlife there and left our kids in club explorer....all free. Nays: A couple of staff facebooking/playing solitaire/not greeting. Complaint: we asked for ice, never came. We asked for a pillow, came 24 hrs later, bathroom was leaking water to the room. $58/person/day gets you all inclusive In now larimar but it's too expensive. You can eat out for much less than that especially where breakfast is included.

It is a very nice Hotel, new, modern, very clean, rooms were very nice, breakfast included was good, staff were professional and it was a very good and location. We left with a very positive experience. Its not one of the all inclusive big properties, but their sister hotel next door allowed for this option for a little more money. It did not make a difference because we enjoyed greeting out and exploring some of the local spots.

The hotel was so nice and clean. Everyone working there also very polite. Great breakfast. Amazing air conditioner and shower :-)

The staff was very nice. Breakfast was excellent. The access to the resort next door is definitely a plus.

This hotel is very nice. The rooms were awesome and the location was great. It is right in front of the NOW resort. There is not a pool at the hotel but you have access to the NOW resort's pool which is a 2 minute walk. There is a restaurant in the hotel with a full bar and a great complimentary breakfast. The restaurant serves all 3 meals throughout the day. The service is awesome and the price is great. We used it for a nights stay before we went to our resort and a night after our week stay in the resort...saved about $500 on plane tickets by adjusting our flying days.

I paid 110 dollars plus tax. German tourists walking in without reservations. They pay 60 dollars

I liked this hotel and would stay here again if I went back to Bavaro. ..

This hotel was very clean and the staff was great! Always willing to assist. It is walking distance from the Palma Real shopping mall with restaurants.
