A 230 euros la nuit on s'attend à une chambre nikel!! Arrivé a 19h30 chambre sale toilette dégoûtante vitre pas nettoyé sol plein de sable .... c'est lamentablement pour un établissement soi-disant classé 5 étoiles

Very nice resort with friendly & helpful staff.

This hotel in my opinion should not be rated 5 star it should be 4 at best. the rooms were very dusty and dated. There were so many mosquitos I was bitten every inch of my body. The staff was not that helpful and when I asked for help they always gave me a reluctant look to help.

The Rhino staff were so kind and thoughtful towards us. Reception, cleaning staff, waiters in the restaurant. Very professional! We have tried four other hotels in Senegal and the Rhino is at the top of our list of "must return to" places. The breakfast is nice. Be aware that you can order fresh juices and eggs any style in addition to what's on the buffet, all at no added cost. We chose the "bed & breakfast" option and are glad we did. The room was big and very clean. The hotel is very well designed and uses tasteful decor and furnishings. It is low season at this tie, so we had the pool to ourselves. Good WiFi on the property, including in the room. Not much within walking distance to see, however. The dust storm in Senegal this week caused the whole town to feel dirty, but the Rhino staff tried to keep our place clean. Well done staff! For low cost local food, Le New Riv out the main door, turn left, then right onto the main street, offers excellent value for brochette poulet (chicken kabob). We will gladly return to the Rhino and highly recommend it as a decent place to stay if you're okay with a slightly higher priced hotel.

I liked the rooms but the ac did not work well. The staff was friendly. I wish the pools were deeper. No pool went past my belly and I’m just 5 feet tall.

The hotel was a special experience it had everything you could wish for to spoil yourself the staff were friendly and very helpful as were the security outside made you feel secure without being overpowering Excellent job Rhino can’t wait to come again

Quaint boutique style - clean and well maintained. The challenge is with the staff. Most seem committed and trying to keep with hotel image. But a few spoil it - too much talking amongst themselves.. hanging out; not answering guest a questions or attentive to service. The beahavoiur of staff are even more important than their nice uniforms. Rhino still needs work on this area.

It was a great experience. Food was pricey for what it was.

On our first outing in Senegal we wanted to try the beach but to our surprise the Hotel was not even close to the beach. Apart from that the hotel is very nice, staff friendly and nice atmosphere.
