"Noisy young children everywhere."

Hotel was clean, good facilities, great food and friendly staff. Just dont stay here unless you have young children. This is totally a family hotel not suitable for travellers without kids. shuttle bus to slopes and ski room worked really well.

Upon arrival we needed to pay an addition € 190,00 for entertainment in the hotel. We did not even want or use the entertainment but still had to pay anyway. This should have been included when reserving the hotel. The spa was tired and jacuzzi water dirty. Pool water was never clear and gave us skin irritation. Too many young kid families and pool was not at all divided for someone who actually wanted to swim. Restaurant was noisy again due to young children shouting, coughing etc.

"A perfect location for a short (3-4 days) at a ski ressort"

- location, - the restaurant and the food was very good and assortment very delicious - infrastrucre - ski schools - the bars and caffes - free parking - free trasnport to the ski resort - free cabinets for keeping equipmnet, very close to ski area

The SPA was extra cost, could be at least sauna included. The application necessary to book for pool and SPA not working properly. But we got very nice quidance from the receptionist
