J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet établissement, je le recommande, j’étais dans une chambre cabine pour 4 personnes, j’étais étonnée de tout le matériel mis à disposition ! ( lave vaisselle, baignoire, assez grande télévision, plaques pour cuisiner avec casseroles et poêles, assiettes,couverts et verres etc) juste dommage que les serviettes et les draps compris nous aient pas été fournis tout de suite et que le réseau ainsi que le wifi ne fonctionne pas trop

Disappointing. On arrival we had neither sheets nor towels and the reception was closed, therefore we had to manage to sleep without being able to make the beds. The blinds on the windows could not be closed due to a maintenance incident that we complained about but were not fixed throughout the stay ... at 6am it was impossible to sleep due to the light and heat. The apartment is very dirty ... we even found broken glass under the sofa. Worst of all, the attention of the reception staff. The good: the pool, clean and heated water. A shame because it could be a very good establishment, but the terrible attention of the staff and the poor condition of the apartment make it not recommended. For the price there are better options Decepcionante. Al llegar no teníamos ni sábanas ni toallas y la recepción estaba cerrada, por lo tanto tuvimos que apañarnos para dormir sin poder hacer las camas. Las persianas de las ventanas no se podían cerrar por una incidencia de mantenimiento que reclamamos pero no solucionaron en toda la estancia... a las 6am ya era imposible dormir por la luz y el calor. El apartamento muy sucio... hasta nos encontramos vidrios rotos bajo el sofá. Lo peor: la atención del personal de recepción. Lo bueno: la piscina, agua limpia y climatizada. Una pena porque podría ser un establecimiento muy bueno, pero la malísima atención del personal y el mal estado del apartamento hacen que no sea recomendable. Por el precio hay mejores opciones.
Las almoadas ha sido lo peor, los españoles no estamos habituados a esas almohadas tan finas y nos hemos levantado todos con dolor de cervicales.

La piscine tout le reste une horreur. Loger avec des étudiants dans la résidence nous n’avons jamais vu cela ce n’est n’et pas résidence de vacances mais un logement d’etudiant Universitaire😡😡😡👎👎
